Before entering the mortgage industry, Devin started and operated his own small business, which he later sold before joining BrickWood Mortgage. That background gives him practical experience with self-employment income, tax returns, and the kind of documentation that can complicate a loan application. As a result, he is often able to identify financing options for borrowers whose finances do not fit a standard profile.
