Loan Officer Position Open

Job Title: Loan Officer

Job Description: A loan officer guides clients through the process of applying for a mortgage loan and is responsible for evaluating the ability to repay and credit worthiness. The loan officer will determine borrowers’ needs, present loan options to meet those needs, and is a key person in helping the borrower make a decision.

Main Job Functions: Main Job functions include Sales, Problem Solving, Analyzing Documents, Research, Communicating Expectations to Clients, Vendors, and Real Estate Professionals.

Requirements:

  • Must Be Licensed as a Loan Originator through South Carolina DCA
  • Compliant with NMLS Safe Act
