Paul Hankins

After working for a large national lender for several years, Paul founded BrickWood Mortgage in 2007. Considered a mortgage expert by his peers, he feels superior customer service is what sets him apart from the competition. Paul has been originating all types of Residential Mortgages for over 21 years, and truly enjoys saving people money. With over 2 decades of mortgage experience Paul has proven his commitment to the industry and his clients.

Paul lives in Garden City Beach with his beautiful wife Kinsey, amazing son Hutch and Miniature Dachshund Braxton. While not in the office Paul can be found exploring the world through the adventurous eyes of his son.

Timmy Nash

NMLS ID 252563 Timmy Nash is native to the Grand Strand, prior to coming onboard with BrickWood Mortgage in 2008, he was a top producing South Carolina Realtor for nearly 10 years. Timmy's experience in this field gives him a superior advantage over the competition by having hands on knowledge of all aspects of a real estate transaction. Whether it's helping someone secure financing for a new home purchase or lowering their monthly payments so they can more easily make ends meet, clients can feel confident they are in good hands with Timmy Nash. His experience has prepared him to tackle any obstacles that may arise during the loan process.

Timmy lives in Murrells Inlet with his wife and two children. He is a family man first and foremost. He is an avid outdoorsman and has a great appreciation for life in the low country.

Patrick Kennedy

Patrick Kennedy is a native of New England and a resident of Surfside Beach with over 25 years of customer service experience. Patrick joins the Brickwood Mortgage team with a Bachelor’s degree in History from Coastal Carolina University and lending experience from a reputable privatized company. As a Mortgage Loan Officer it is Patrick’s goal to help his clients through the home buying process with efficiency, attention to detail, and kindness. He Looks forward to helping his clients navigate the mortgage lending process.

Outside of the office, Patrick is a dedicated family man to his wife of 6 years and their young son, Michael. Patrick enjoys staying busy with home projects, working his shared design business with his wife, and golfing with his two brothers. On any given weekend you can find Patrick at the park, the beach, or on the golf course.

Kinsey Hankins

Kinsey is originally from Hartsville, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina with a BA in Graphic Design. After graduation she worked in retail management which lead to opening her own design and event planning company. She then joined BrickWood Mortgage in 2009 as the Office Manager.

Kinsey has really enjoyed working with such a dedicated team of loan officers over the years. She is a true believer that the positive outlook and drive for excellence is what makes BrickWood Mortgage stand out from the rest. In her leisure time she loves designing, painting, working in the yard and spending time with her dog, Braxton.
