About Patrick

Patrick Kennedy is a native of New England and a resident of Surfside Beach with over 25 years of customer service experience. Patrick joins the Brickwood Mortgage team with a Bachelor’s degree in History from Coastal Carolina University and lending experience from a reputable privatized company. As a Mortgage Loan Officer it is Patrick’s goal to help his clients through the home buying process with efficiency, attention to detail, and kindness. He Looks forward to helping his clients navigate the mortgage lending process.

Outside of the office, Patrick is a dedicated family man to his wife of 6 years and their young son, Michael. Patrick enjoys staying busy with home projects, working his shared design business with his wife, and golfing with his two brothers. On any given weekend you can find Patrick at the park, the beach, or on the golf course.
